Turkey Day!

I realize that it is slightly ridiculous and possibly completely unfeeling for the big birds that I say Turkey day but, that is what I think of when Thanksgiving comes around.  While I do not partake in the eating of the bird I do love the sides that are served with the meal.  Soooo many vegetables, yum yum!  I do have to watch though, some people feel they just have to add pork to everything, haha!

Anyway I love the holiday, the family gathering and remembering to be thankful for what we have been blessed with throughout the year!  I am just writing today to mention a small a give away that may help you over this particular holiday.  With just a few healthier versions of the sides I love so much!
