My name is Julie S. Weber, my friends call me Jules. I am a mother of two great kids, yoga teacher, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and a Health Coach. I help moms like me who do it all, which usually means you forget to do you!  You forget to take time for yourself body and mind, which often leads to weight gain, a lack of energy and self confidence. I supply clean eating plans, simple easy recipes, lifestyle suggestions and information to help you make the choices in life that work for you.  Tools that simplify your life, so no more overwhelm, the stress will melt away, you will start to feel better and have more energy.  You will rediscover the amazing woman that you are!! 

​My specialty is in gut health.  My struggles were feeling like I was eating right and exercising and still not losing weight.  I had no energy and just felt depressed.  The key for me was in the gut! I discovered when my gut was working I had a stronger immune system, more energy, and I was in such a better mood!  And as if that wasn't enough the pounds dropped off!  Good bye baby weight!  And ya'll I had 60 lbs. to lose (Ben and Jerry's was my BFF during my second pregnancy)!!  If you would like to know more go here!
