Where to Spend & Save on Organic
Okay, so it's the holidays and money is being spent, and if you are like me I always go overboard for my kids! I love Christmas! I would like a little snow, that would be so great but either way, I love Christmas!! I think you get the point :) Anyway...here is a small tip that may help out, at least with the groceries, this season! Have you ever heard of the Dirty Dozen? As a general rule of thumb, you want to make sure that anything you buy that has a thin skin is organic, as this will limit the amount of environmental toxins entering your body that wreak havoc on your health.
